HORDON Phyllis Edna (née Howarth) Of Kentmere Crescent, Barrow, passed away peacefully on the 18th February 2019, in the loving care of St George's Nursing Home, Barrow, after a long illness borne with great courage and dignity, adored wife and best friend of the late Jack for 65 years, loving and devoted mum of Jacqueline and Geoff and mother-in-law of Mike, cherished nana of Liam, Mark, Ryan, Martin and Rose and great nana of Rex, a good friend to many, who will be very sadly missed. Friends please meet for a service on Tuesday, 26th February at 2.30pm at Thorncliffe Crematorium. Family flowers only please, or donations, if so desired, for the Macmillan Nurses. Cheques payable to Bay Hospital Charity), may be left at the service or sent c/o Little & Caine, 1-3 Dalkeith Street, Barrow. Tel. 01229 820747.
