BARROW-born artist John Duffin will be signing copies of his calendar in the town this weekend.
Each year Duffin creates the calendar which features 12 colour images of stunning paintings of Barrow, Dalton and Ulverston.
He will be signing copies on Saturday at The Forum between 11am-1pm and at Heaths from 2pm-3.30pm.
The calendar features paintings of Furness Abbey, Walney Lighthouse, The Hoad in Ulverston, Dalton Church, Schneider Square, Piel Island and two great views across the Barrow skyline.
“I have tried to make a high quality product that captures the essence of the area, it’s great buildings, historic monuments, wonderful sea views and dramatic skies,” he said.
The calendar is available at the following outlets: Fitzsimmons, Beddalls Dalton, The Gallery on Cavendish St, Home Images on Duke Street, Heaths on Dalton Road, Lakes Parade Stores and several other outlets.
