CARTER Peacefully, at Southport General Hospital, on Sunday 10th March, William Edward (Ted), of Great Salkeld, Penrith, beloved husband of Barbara, father of Simon, Mark & Rachel, grandad, great grandad, and a good friend to many. Service at St Catherines Church, Penrith, followed by interment at Penrith Cemetery, on Wednesday 3rd April at 11:00am. If desired instead of flowers, donations in memory of Ted, in aid of Eden Valley Hospice & Jigsaw, Cumbria's Children's Hospice, may be left at the service or sent c/o Richardsons Funeral Directors, Penrith, CA11 8HR.
