THIRTY new jobs are going to be created at Fell Foot park.
The newly-created roles – from entry level to experienced - are in food and beverage, retail, outdoors activities, and administration at the National Trust site near Windermere.
The growing team will support the increasingly varied offers on site, with a new outdoors active base recently installed and further developments planned in the coming months, including Heritage Lottery funded conservation of the boathouses.
Stephanie Byast, Fell Foot Operations Manager, said: “From dealing with rowing boat hire to making wood-fired pizza on the lakeshore, there’ll be something for everyone.”
A recruitment drop-in day will be held on January 6 at Fell foot, from 10am to 2pm, and is open to everyone.
