COURT: South Cumbria Magistrates' in Barrow
A MAN has admitted producing five cannabis plants.
Stephen Richardson, 36, of Dover Street, Walney, admitted the November 25 offence when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrate Court.
He was fined £130 and told to pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
All seized cannabis plants, equipment and associated paraphernalia will be destroyed.
