A BARROW teenager has been ordered to pay more than £500 in compensation after stealing alcohol from a cricket club.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted to stealing £20 worth of alcohol from the bar area of Vickerstown Cricket Club on April 5 2018 when he appeared at South Cumbria Youth Court.
He also admitted trespassing and stealing £20 from RV Projects on Victoria Hall on Rawlinson Street and trespassing with intent to steal at a property on Ayr Street.
He also admitted to trespassing with intent to steal at Victoria Hall on Rawlinson Street.
In total the 17-year-old has been ordered to pay £520.
