Only two games go ahead tomorrow in the National Conference, while no fixtures are scheduled for the North West Men’s League due to the Magic weekend in Newcastle.

Millom face Bentley at Devonshire Road, a team they lost to away from home.

A win for the Woolybacks will see them leap frog their opponents into 6th position in division three.

Millom go into the game on the back of a 48-16 defeat at Cumbrian rivals Seaton last Saturday after trailing 18-16 at the break, failing to add to their tally while conceding a further 30 points.

Bentley on the other hand were 14-6 home winners over Batley Boys.

Coach Tom Sibley will be looking at his team’s performance in defence last week and look for a big improvement.

Sibley said, “We have to match them up front they are a big side and we are aiming to spread the ball wide and outstrip them in attack.”

The squad is strengthened by the return of Kian McPherson, Rickie Donaghue, and James McQuire while unavailable are Dylan Sykes, Jude Lupton, and Layton French.

In division one Barrow Island make the trip to St Helens to take on Clock Face.

Island are back in second place following their 34-30 victory over Woolston last weekend while Clock Face were without a fixture their game with Wigan St Jude’s being postponed.

Coach Jamie Curtis said “For the first time this season we are likely to be unchanged from the previous game”

In the Barrow and District tonight Barrow Island are home to Ulverston.
