Furness Rugby club is holding a bonfire night celebration on Saturday.
The gates at The Strawberry Grounds on Crosland’s Park Road open at 5.30pm. Inside you will find stalls selling the usual autumn treats such as candyfloss and sweets, crisps, and hotdogs.
The bonfire will be lit at 6:30pm and the firework display, will begin at 7pm.
Entrance fees are £3 per person or £10 for a family of four.
The money raised on Saturday night will go towards funding the equipment needed to train the next generation of Union players as well as new flood lights.
