A 25-point haul from Matthew Moore helped Barrow Thorns clinch a 102-79 win away to bottom side Cheshire Wire in National Basketball League Division Four North.
The visitors led 29-20 at the end of the first quarter and had pushed that out to 51-37 by the time the buzzer sounded for half time.
Thorns were 80-54 up by the end of the third and kept the pressure on down the stretch to inflict more misery on the strugglers and pick up their third win of the season.
Chris Pearce added 24 points for Barrow and Gareth France chipped in with 18 too.
Thorns are away to second-placed Doncaster Danum Eagles this Saturday.
